Speaker
Dave Rahn (PhD, Purdue University) began working with Youth for Christ in 1972 before joining Huntington University faculty in 1985, where he taught for 30+ years. He has published more than 100 articles, essays and books and collaborates widely to unleash adolescent potential. His most recent co-authored book is Grit & Joy: Help for Bewildered Families of Teens (2025). Retiring from Youth For Christ USA in 2020, Dave is currently the board chair for Vibrant Faith, a Senior Researcher for the Arbor Research Group and Senior Research Advisor to the TENx10 Collaboration (tenx10.org). He and Susie were married in 1976, live in Middlebury, Indiana and enjoy growing in grace to live faithfully with Jesus; it’s the best they can offer their five grandchildren.
