Description
After completing our 4 Chair training join a Coaching Cohort is a great next step. In this Cohort you will experience:
- A small group of 4-12 ministry leaders interested in growing together as disciple-makers.
- Regular meetings either in person or by video conference over Zoom.
- Meets for six to eight sessions and focuses its conversation and coaching on helping each other to implement Jesus’ strategy for making disciple-makers in our ministries and in our lives personally.
- Building a relationship with Sonlife’s Disciple-Making Staff and other youth pastors.
