Are the Pathways sequential?
The Pathways experiences are designed to build upon each other. It is advisable that a person attends an Enroute experience first, then moves to Shaping a Missional Community, and finally to a Shepherding in a Changing Culture experience.
Because Leadership of the Heart focuses on the individual life of a leader (rather than the ministry context), it can be taken before or after any of the other experiences.

Pathways training options are very different from the "old" Advanced training. These new experiences come out of and build upon the concepts talked about in Enroute.
