Group Registration Process
1. Recruit & Promote
Merge is designed for students who want to go deeper and discover the identity and calling God has for them. Pray for God to draw students who are ready for this challenge as you promote Merge in your group. Don't forget to recruit adult volunteers — we require 1 same gender adult per 7 students (i.e. my group has 9 girls and 2 boys attending; I need 2 female leaders and 1 male leader). Click on the promotion link to download resources that will help you communicate to your group about Merge!
2. Collect Agreement Forms
Download and print the required Agreement Forms.
IMPORTANT: Everyone attending Merge (adults and students) must submit an Agreement Form. This form requires parent/guardian consent for minors and provides important emergency and health information. Persons without this form on file cannot be permitted to attend the event. Make multiple copies of these forms, as we will require a copy at event check–in.
