Changes / Substitutions
Substitutions (changing one attendee for another) before April 4, 2008 can be made without penalty. However, the new attendee will be charged the current registration rate on the day of the substitution. Substitutions after April 4, 2008 must be the same gender and will be subject to a $50 charge per occurrence.
If forces beyond our control interrupt this event, your registration will be refunded less a pro–rata share of all costs incurred.
